Mirth Provisions created Legal, a cannabis infused sparkling beverage currently available in Washington, Oregon and California. Mirth’s brand identity involves breaking the stigmas of the cannabis industry while remaining fun and approachable.

My strategy is to provide value with stories of how cannabis enhances lifestyles from all walks of life. In addition, I leverage the brand’s commitment to locally sourced, natural ingredients by spotlighting ingredients sourced from local farms in the Pacific Northwest and California. Key Social Channels employed are Instagram and Youtube.

In the first 6 months, I grew the brand’s Instagram by 100%, meeting the company’s goal 4 months ahead of schedule. Other accomplishments include influencer partnerships with industry giants and wellness activists such as MedMen, Ganja Yoga, 420 Games, Summerland, Frank Shamrock (MMA fighter),and The Art of Skinner (Cartoon Network).
